RESIDENTIAL

Working closely with clients, builders and other related trades, I am highly skilled in design concepts and project management. My well considered approach, practical space planning and budget considerations are vital in delivering a project with finesse.

From interior design to decoration, I can create an integrated and timeless scheme that can be personalised to individual requirements.  Clients can save considerable costs as I identify smarter, faster and more stylish design solutions to enhance new schemes or update existing interiors.    Whether enhancing or updating, I can provide advice on:

  • Concept and space planning
  • Kitchen and bathroom design
  • Custom joinery design and cabinet layouts
  • Window and floor treatments

With my well-established wholesale contacts, I can often save clients money as I source furniture, artwork, fabrics and decorative objects at a competitive price. My many satisfied clients often call me to add a piece of furniture from time to time, which can freshen a look and provide that longevity of style.

COMMERCIAL

Commercial interior design requires a different approach to that of residential. My extensive experience in concept and space planning together with a background in interior design ensures that my approach to commercial design is unique, practical and in high demand.

In collaboration with Bill Elsegood's Dentpro, I have consulted on the refurbishment of many medical and dental practices. Dentpro's proven track record in this specialised field together with my design flair has resulted in commercial fit outs of the highest standard.

Additionally, I have worked on the transformation of a 14 bedroom lodge in New Zealand, resort accommodation in the South West of Western Australia, investment properties and commercial offices.

 STYLING FOR SALE

The presentation of a house for sale is critical in impressing potential buyers.  Often, we can be too close to our home to objectively see what could change to better present it.

My service advises you on how best to present your home for sale, what is essential and what is not.  What is the best use of the home owner’s time and money at this critical time when resources may be limited.  This could involve dealing with maintenance, painting and gardening, arranging hire furniture or simply de-cluttering and rearranging existing furniture to maximize a sense of space and freshen the image.

My extensive experience in this area is utilised by real estate agents and builders across Perth who understand the importance of styling for sale. This is a relatively small investment compared to the potential increase in dollar value when you sell your property.
